We offer a 24-hour return policy exclusively for products with a purchase price of ₹599 or more.
- How it Works: If your product is priced at ₹599 or above, you have 24 hours from the moment it’s delivered to your address to initiate a return. This timestamp is based on our shipping partner’s tracking information.
- Condition for Return: For your return to be accepted, the item must be:
- Unused and Unworn: It needs to be in its original, brand-new condition.
- In Original Packaging: Returned with all original Jewelzzy boxes, pouches, and protective materials.
- With Intact Tags: All original tags and labels must still be attached.
- Complete: Include all components and accessories that came with it.
